“In spring, pairs of Sandhill Cranes arrived with loud clapping sounds,” says artist and life-long animal lover Elizabeth G Fagan. “By late summer, you hope to see them with one or two youngsters.” Through her art, Fagan aims to spread compassion for our fellow creatures on planet Earth.
The International Crane Foundation in Baraboo, Wisconsin houses members of the world’s twelve crane species.
