One Strange Agent, Dubai, 8×12

“A closeup of a demonic rat sitting on a weird elephant while holding a strange duck” says artist and writer Elizabeth G Fagan. “The style of this brass sculpture is vaguely pre-Islamic Arabian. I got it in an antique shop in Dubai, but it’s probably not old at all! At Primitive—a must-see shop in Chicago that specializes in handmade art from around the world—curators were mystified. The whole thing measures about 7 inches tall by 10 inches wide. Sorry, the sculpture is not for sale.”

“One Strange Agent, Dubai” is available in two sizes (measured in inches): 8×12 and 12×18.

See also “One Spooky Kid, Chicago,” available in three sizes: 5×7, 12×18, and 20×30. See more of Fagan’s Rustic & Historic artwork.

One way to fill up an empty wall is to hang a group of same-size prints with a common palette. Swap the prints in and out with different seasons, and your home decor is always stylish and up-to-date.
